The rooms are always brand-new and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and washer/dryer. The hotel has a lovely location. The staff at the reception desk are very responsive and genuinely helpful.

Travelled with my family members, spent 4 nights here and had a such wonderful stay. Greatly enjoyed my spotless and huge rooms in the 2 bedroom which sleeps 8 and the staff were really good! The breakfast was free and above average with hard boiled egg, and the outdoor bar was a plus.

Its location in the Disney World area was marvellous. The provided breakfast was free and above average with homemade food, warm milk and Orange Juice.

We had a great time here with helpful staff sharing excellent local tips, exceptional service, and a complimentary above-average breakfast, making our vacation wonderful and prompting us to consider another visit.

Was a decent place for vacation.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and ideal, had scenic views to a balcony with a table and seating lovely. The staff were especially helpful and attentive, they offered an excellent service. The pool was clean and the garden — beautiful.

I was pleasantly surprised to find my room had been upgraded to a two-bedroom with a balcony and a fantastic view from the patio, and the hotel's location was very convenient to nearby attractions.

Spent here 6 relaxing days and would definitely come back. The hotel was fairly clean. The staff throughout the business meetings were really good and incredible. Appreciated having a lounge, a couch, and a balcony in the room.

Stayed only one night, only saw a pool and that was good, the equipment was great, the staff very nice and helpful.

The prices in the shop completely overpriced, for who has a car, Publix is not far away. WiFi is a joke and must be paid. It is also not normal to have to pay for city calls, but so far we have not been charged for one.

The breakfasts were above average and delicious. The hotel's location is central and very close to attractions like International Drive, Disney World, Old Town, and various restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday at Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista Orlando.

In spite of repeated demand, no children's chair and no second cot were brought. Quite aggressive advertising for visa cards, one is even called in the morning at 8 o'clock.
